★Pregnancy yoga (マタニティヨガ)

  Thursdays, 5:30-6:45PM   

     Sundays, 4:00-5:15PM @Open Space Yoga

     

Yoga gives so much benefit to pregnancies. We usually tend to forget internal awareness by having busy lives. However pregnant women need to connect to themselves and their babies growing inside of them. We do some activities to deepen your breath and built a strong and flexible body which is very important for your prenatal life, labor & postnatal life. You will also get a chance to relax your body & mind.

  ※If yoga is not familier for you, I recommend to start practicing yoga after the first trimester is over.

 

 

★Mama yoga (子連れのママヨガ)

   Fridays, 10:00-11:00AM @Magic Island

 

    Many mothers would lose time on the mat after having a baby, but we still need yoga! Yoga helps us to keep ourselves calm and gather more happiness even in very busy motherhood. You can come to this class with your beloved one (babies & toddlers) and enjoy your time on the mat. In this class, holding your baby and breastfeeding when needed is totally welcome. It still must be a great treat for you sitting on the mat and having a deep breath. Kids will enjoy playing around or older kids might be able to do some postures with you!
